It was designed in 1987 by Dr. Argyris Petronotis,\nprofessor of Architecture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and its\nconstruction began in 1989.&nbsp;<br>\nThe core of the winery is the striking traditional Arcadian stone tower. It\ndominates the modern building, as well as integrates the old with the new. It\nresembles the wine, which is a synthesis of tradition and technology. All of\nour white and sparkling wines are produced at this winery, within the privately\nowned and organically cultivated Moschofilero vineyards. Our vineyards are planted mainly with\nMoschofilero vines, and are located in three separate zones: around the winery,\nas well as at the vineyards of the villages of Zevgolatio and Agiorgitika. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the vineyard surrounding the winery, in addition to Moschofilero, we also cultivate Syrah, Cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet franc, Merlot, Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc.
